This registration enrolls your child in the full JumpStart Summer 2026 two-day science series.
Sessions take place from 1:00 PM–3:00 PM and are designed for curious children ages 3–7.
Each day features a series of short, guided, hands-on science activities designed to keep young children engaged through movement, exploration, and discovery. Children will use real scientific tools, investigate specimens, create projects, and learn alongside working scientists and professionals.
Day 1 focuses on winemaking and viticulture, including grape growing, vineyard science, smell and taste activities, grape juice experiments, and hands-on vineyard-inspired projects.
Day 2 focuses on insects, including insect anatomy, habitats, pollinators, camouflage, real specimens, and microscope exploration.
Registration includes one child and one parent or guardian. All materials are provided. No prior science experience is required.
