What You’re Registering For
JumpStart Spring 2026 is a six-session, in-person science program for curious children ages 3–7.
Each registration includes participation for one child and one parent or guardian.
Each weekly session is approximately 3 hours and includes:
Hands-on science activities
Small-group exploration
Real scientific tools (including microscopes and models)
Visits from working scientists and engineers
Snack breaks and movement time
All materials provided
Throughout the series, children explore core science themes such as insects, the human body, plants, flight, and space. Activities are guided, age-appropriate, and designed to follow the scientific process: observing, asking questions, testing ideas, and sharing discoveries.
The final session is a guided mock science fair, where children participate in short, pre-designed group projects and talk through what they explored with a parent or guardian by their side. This is a celebration of curiosity and learning—not a competition.
No prior science experience is required—just curiosity.
This registration enrolls your child in the full Spring 2026 JumpStart Science Club series, meeting on Sundays 1:00pm-4:00pm March 15, March 22, April 12, April 19, April 26, and May 3.
Designed for curious children ages 3–7, each session features guided, hands-on science activities, real scientific tools, and time with working scientists and engineers. Sessions follow a thoughtful, group-led structure with movement and snack breaks built in to support young attention spans.
Registration includes one child and one parent or guardian. All materials are provided. No prior science experience is required.
